In-House Training, Essentials of Engagement
City of HobartNovember, 2025"I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but [the facilitator] was phenomenal, engaging, thought provoking and educative. The training deepened my understanding of when and with whom to engage and how to structure the engagement to deliver the most genuine and meaningful outcomes. I loved the opportunity to meet and connect with colleagues in the organisation and found the use of scenarios extremely useful – this appeals enormously to my learning style. I experience training without examples as a mash of meaningless terminology. I would strongly recommend the course." -

In-House Training, Essentials of Engagement

In-House Training
Chris, Technical Executive, WSP"The IAP2 Design and Plan Engagement and Apply Engagement Methods modules were excellent. The trainer was a very engaging presenter and worked really well with our team in the room. They were very knowledgeable about the course content and about community engagement in general. The course itself provided a lot of great information and examples of many engagement techniques. "
