Engagemark

PUBLIC REGISTER OF Certified Organisations

Becoming a certified organisation is a mark of excellence in engagement. Certified organisations earn a Gold, Silver, or Bronze rating – valid for three years – showcasing their commitment to best practice and continuous improvement. They are also celebrated on our public register of engagement certification organisations below, positioning them among the most trusted and respected organisations in the field.

Gold is the highest recognition. It means the organisation isn’t just doing engagement well – it has embedded engagement into everything it does. It shows up in strategy, planning, and delivery, supported by strong systems, frameworks, and practice. The approach is mature, thoughtful, and sets the standard for others.

Silver represents strong commitment with solid progress underway. The organisation is clearly prioritising engagement and continuing to build on strong foundations across all elements. Some practices are still maturing at an organisation level, but the direction is right and the effort is recognised.

Bronze shows an organisation is committed and has the basics in place – such as strategy, policy, frameworks, dedicated staff, and recognised practice. While progress is evident, there are opportunities to strengthen consistency across the organisation, such as bringing in the engagement teams, formalising First Nations engagement, and further build areas such as evaluation, capability, and resourcing.
