Vivian Warren

Viv Warren is a stakeholder and community engagement strategist with more than 25 years’ experience helping government, business, and non-profits engage people in decision-making and manage social risks. She works at both senior leadership and project levels—designing strategies and frameworks to embed engagement, while coaching leaders to build capability and deliver excellence. Viv has led large and complex projects across sectors including utilities, land development, infrastructure, local government, emergency services, and mining. She leads Viv Warren Consulting, a boutique consultancy dedicated to advancing engagement practice, and is a Fellow of the Engagement Institute, a licensed trainer, and a Core Values Awards judge. Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives that continue to shape and strengthen engagement practice. Viv speaks to the practical challenges, emerging trends, and lessons learned in stakeholder and community engagement, as well as how to embed engagement and deliver engagement excellence.
