Lucy Beytagh

Lucy is the Founder and Managing Director of the award winning communication, engagement and events company The LKB Agency.
Passionate about leadership and mentoring, Lucy was awarded the 2025 CPRA Leader of the Year and was a National Finalist for Leader of the Year in 2021.
Lucy is an experienced panellist and regularly speaks at client events on communication skills and techniques, leadership and mentoring, community engagement and working with government. Lucy is an endorsed facilitator by International Association of Facilitators and works with government and private clients and for communities facilitating complex and contentious projects.
Lucy has a coaching program, Calm Communication, for leaders and executives to upskill in effective communication skills.
