Jessica founded Elevate Engagement in 2023, and is committed to using the skills and knowledge she has developed through her drive greater education, upskilling, and lesson sharing. She is experienced hosting events, facilitating engagement activities, delivering presentation, and guest lecturing for university courses.

She is highly experienced in capital works, building, and infrastructure projects, and has worked on projects from early concept engagement through to construction completion across government and private sector projects.
