Sexual Health Awareness in Multicultural Communities
2025 Core Values Awards – Health | Winner Submitted by Cultural Perspectives.
Cultural Perspectives (CP) was engaged by the Federal Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the Department) to support the delivery of a national public health campaign responding to the rising rates of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in Australia. CP was engaged to deliver a tailored communications and engagement campaign for multicultural audiences. The aim of the campaign was to educate young multicultural audiences about STI prevention and support them in testing and treatment in a culturally safe and accessible way.
