Earlier this month, Social Pinpoint partnered with the City of Cockburn for another Rethinking Registration pop-up event, this time in WA.
The morning featured a thought-provoking panel with Liz Pope, Kirsten Wood and John Steyntjes, unpacking the pros and cons of mandatory vs optional registration on digital platforms. After morning tea, Leanne Robb led an interactive workshop that challenged attendees to think more deeply about how registration shapes inclusion, access and trust in engagement.
