The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking expressions of interest from people and businesses to provide reporting, consultation and mediation services under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984.

The initiative will create a list of providers who can be engaged as needed to help protect areas and objects of significance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Applicants must demonstrate strong capability in:

  • Cultural competency

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Cultural heritage

  • Analysis and report writing

  • Mediation

DCCEEW strongly encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and businesses to apply.
