Step up when the room gets tough

Want to keep sessions productive when the stakes (and emotions) are high? Facilitating the Tough Stuff equips you with practical tactics to read the room, respond in the moment, and move groups from tension to problem-solving. You’ll explore your natural facilitation style, practise de-escalation and improvisation techniques, and create safe spaces for empathy, listening and progress.

This course stands alone to sharpen your practice and also complements our broader training pathway.
