Premier Strategy started in Joanna’s spare bedroom after she was made redundant while five months pregnant. The plan was to keep busy until after the baby was born and then she would get a ‘real job’. More than 20 years and four children later, Joanna now leads a team of inquisitive, determined, multilingual, fun, (mostly) women.
While Premier Strategy has a diverse list of international and national clients, the company has always maintained its rural grounding ensuring it builds meaningful and lasting connections.
We partner with a diverse range of industries from big batteries to chocolate, from tyres to gold and chickens. Every week is different and can see us walking the halls of Parliament House, meeting with host landowners at the kitchen table, sailing Bass Strait or touring 400 metres underground. It’s one of the things we love about what we do – every day is different.
